Validity
These terms and conditions govern FAB Enfants, including www.fabenfants.co.uk performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. FAB Enfants reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page. The customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.
Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability
All prices displayed on this web site. are in Pounds Sterling and inclusive of VAT and exclusive of packing and delivery. Where images show complete party bags and party bag contents, this is for illustration purposes only. One party bag consists of one set of contents as described in the text. Some individual items come in ranges like animals or in different colours. We will select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated in the picture. Our item descriptions always state this where applicable. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the web site. should be in stock. In the unlikely event that items ordered are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail or telephone offering you an alternative, a new delivery date or an opportunity to cancel the order. Ordering, Payment Options and Contract
Ordering couldn’t be easier! Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping trolley. You can place and pay for your order over the phone using your credit or debit card on 0845 475 4571 or alternatively, we offer secure payment through PayPal – just click on Checkout and you can pay using your PayPal funds or your credit card or debit card – it’s safe and straightforward. You can also pay by cheque/postal order, crossed and made payable to FAB Party Bags and sent to:

To help process your order more efficiently, please write your e-mail address on the back of the cheque. Please telephone us on 0845 475 4571 in advance for cheque/postal order payments and allow five working days from receipt for cheques to clear. Any returned cheques will be subject to an additional fee of £2. We can also take payment via a direct bank transfer. If you would like to pay this way please contact for details. We will then send you an e-mail confirming receipt of order and receipt of payment. This e-mail also serves as official acceptance of your order. The contract between FAB Enfants and the customer comes into existence at this point. You will receive a second e-mail confirming despatch of order. FAB Enfants is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on the FAB Enfants web site.
Shipping, Handling and Delivery Information
Subject to availability, FAB Enfants aim to ship all goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer, within one working day of receipt of payment (often it’s the same day!). Orders and payments received over a weekend will be packed and despatched within one working day from the next working day on receipt of cleared funds. If a more urgent delivery is required please contact us on 0845 475 4571, or e-mail . If for any reason we are unable to ship your order within this time we will contact you. If there is no one to accept delivery or the delivery is refused, information enabling you to complete the delivery will be left by the Royal Mail. FAB Enfants is entitled to deliver in part. Despatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the entire order to us for a full refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 7 days of receipt. You must e-mail or phone us on 0845 475 4571 before sending items back stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. FAB Enfants requests that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method.
Loss or Damage in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 0845 475 4571 or e-mail and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible. If your shipment arrives damaged you must inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods.
Safety
All toys featured within the pre-filled party bags and sold as separate items comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and where appropriate bear the CE Mark. Should an item be unsuitable for children under 3 years, usually because of small parts, this will be specified in the description of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing. The bags supplied by FAB Enfants either empty or pre-filled are unsuitable for children under the age of 36 months due to, but not limited to, the risk of suffocation. FAB Enfants does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss which occurs due to the bag or its contents, getting into the hands of a child under the age of 36 months. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the distribution of all bags to children under 36 months is with the full consent and supervision of a responsible adult. Customers should further ensure that our party bags are not given to anyone who may have an allergy or any other specific condition, which may make the party bag or its contents unsuitable or harmful to them. FAB Enfants does not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags having been given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable, as detailed above.

We will only use the information you provide us with in order to fulfil your order and future orders as efficiently as possible. We may occasionally use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our web site., new services we may provide and special offers we think you'll find valuable. FAB Enfants treat all customer information as strictly private and will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. FAB Enfants respect your privacy by storing your personal details for the normal handling and despatch of ordered goods and to provide a more personalised shopping experience.

We are not liable to pay you any compensation other than a refund equal to the price of the products that you have paid for.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
These terms & conditions and any contract arising between you the customer and FAB Enfants trading as fabenfants.co.uk are governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
